HAMPTON INN & SUITES PURCHASED BY MAGNA HOSPITALITY GROUP, AN INTERNATIONAL HOTEL COMPANY BASED IN MARYLAND
ANNAPOLIS, MD. (May 30, 2003) - Today, NMG -Warwick, LLC, an affiliate of Magna Hospitality Group L.C., an Annapolis, MD. based hotel ownership and management company, announced the purchase of the Hampton Inn & Suites, located at the T.F. Green Airport in Providence/Warwick, Rhode Island. The Hampton Inn & Suites Providence/Warwick Airport features 125 guest rooms and 48 extended stay suites with fully equipped kitchens. Each guest accommodation includes a coffee maker, iron and ironing board, data port, free local calls, a free buffet breakfast, and complimentary USA Today newspaper. Additional hotel amenities include a Suite Shop convenience store, and three meeting rooms of which the largest can seat 100 persons, an indoor swimming pool,and fitness room. The Hampton Inn & Suites Providence/Warwick, is one of only five hotels in the entire Hampton Inn chain that has a full service lounge for its customers. Other Magna-owned
