Jim Briggs
Jim Briggs is the Chief Operating Officer for Magna Hospitality Group, where he oversees operations, revenue strategy, sales, marketing, and asset performance across a diverse portfolio of hotels throughout the United States.
With more than 25 years of hospitality experience, Jim has held leadership positions ranging from property-level operations and sales to executive oversight of portfolios exceeding 80 hotels and $250 million in annual revenue.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and results-driven approach, he is focused on maximizing value for owners, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across the portfolio.

Kathryn Dowd
Kathryn Dowd serves as Chief Administrative Officer for Magna Hospitality Group, overseeing administrative functions and strategic human resources initiatives that support organizational growth, operational excellence, and talent development. Based in New York City, she brings more than 20 years of hospitality leadership experience.
Since joining Magna in 2009 as a hotel general manager, Kathryn has held several senior leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Bridge. She was appointed Chief Administrative Officer in April 2024.
Prior to Magna, Kathryn held leadership positions at independent boutique hotels and nationally recognized brands. Her operational expertise, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to developing high-performing teams continue to support Magna’s long-term success.

Jeff Baltzer
With more than 20 years of hospitality industry experience, Jeff serves as Magna Hospitality Group’s Chief Development Officer and leads the company’s growth and expansion efforts. This includes all new business aspects of acquisitions, new development, and third-party management. Prior to joining Magna, Jeff was Chief Investment Officer with Rebel Hotel Company from 2022 until 2025. Jeff also held positions with Magna Hospitality Group from 2013 until 2022 acting most recently Senior Vice President of Development and Acquisitions.
Jeff started his career with Marriott International in accounting and finance and progressed into more senior roles over 6 years. In 2011, he joined Carr Hospitality in Washington, DC and was responsible for asset management of a $1B hotel portfolio of upscale properties in the DC area including the Willard Intercontinental.
Jeff graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Marketing and also earned a Master of Science in Finance from Boston College. He also has a Certificate of Hotel Asset Management from Cornell University.
Chief Financial Officer
Jon MacIntyre
Jon MacIntyre is the Chief Financial Officer of Magna Hospitality Group having joined in April of 2025. He brings 20+ years of leadership, finance and operations experience including 17 within the Real Estate sector. With a background as both an Owner and Operator and across multiple asset classes, his focus has always been on maximized stakeholder returns, both quantitative and qualitative.
Mr. MacIntyre holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
Gabrielle Siegel
Gabrielle joined Magna Hospitality Group in 2022. As General Counsel, she is responsible for overseeing legal functions of the company. Her experience spans both public and private sectors. She previously served as Assistant General Counsel at The RMR Group, and earlier worked at the U.S. General Services Administration. She was also a Corporate Real Estate Attorney at the law firms of Sherin and Lodgen LLP and Linowes and Blocher LLP.

Chris Morosetti
Chris joined Magna in 2008 and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. Before becoming CEO, he held several key leadership roles, including President and Chief Investment Officer, where he helped shape Magna’s investment strategy and operational growth.
Prior to Magna, Chris worked in the real estate division of a national hotel management and development company and at an international hotel brokerage firm, gaining broad experience across hospitality operations, transactions, and asset strategy.
He is a 2001 graduate of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration.

Chief Human Resources Officer
John Bariscillo
John Bariscillo is the Chief Human Resources Officer. John joined Magna Hospitality Group in 2006 and is responsible for the oversight of the Human Resources function for the company. This includes Training and Development, Benefits and Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and TEAM relations. John is a graduate of Seton Hall University, and has 43 years experience in the hospitality industry, with a background in Human Resources, Risk Management and Operations.
